American Curl Cats have these adorable ears- they curl inwards and are so cute. I helped out a shelter once by taking in an American Curl cat. They are exceptionally well behaved and very sweet.

Cheesy was very nervous when we first got her. She hid behind the sofa for the entire night even when we offered her a food sacrifice. She didn't come out, and didn't come near us for a week. We housed her for half a year, and still often visit her at her new owner's house, a good friend of mine. She's very good with dogs, but for some reason scared of new people. Once she gets used to you, she's okay with sitting on your lap. But before then? Give her a box and a week to prepare herself.
