In general, my experience with my Greek Aegean cat, Trixus, was that she was very lively and thrilled of chasing mice and birds. My family and I got the cat from a friend when I was still very little so I do not remember her as a kitten. We raised her as an outdoor cat. What I can say is that my cat loved to snuggle and to be pet a lot, but I also have to mention that she decided when snuggling was over. Trixus was a very a sensitive being. She always felt when I was down because of something. On the other hand, she knew how to use a catflap and spent a lot of time outside, especially during summer. She did enjoy attention, but was also a very independent being.
Aside from some wounds from battles with other cats she was quite healthy. Trixus was a slender darkish cat with clear green eyes. Her fur was very soft and there was no need to cut it. During change of coat we sometimes needed to brush out the thicker fur, but she loved being brushed. Overall, Trixus was an extremely clean, easy to care for and utterly loveable cat.
