My uncle works in an animal shelter so you won’t be surprised to find I used to own a cat as well as a dog! This thing of beauty was almost ‘donated’ to our shelter; its owner tragically passed away and therefore had no one left to take care of him. We called him Simba. The good point about his breed, apart from its beauty is the fact that it doesn’t shed as much as other furry animals. So you aren’t bound to find any fur swimming in your bowl of soup. It is also very intelligent, as well as active, which obviously could be seen as a negative by some. It got on really well with my little nephew and nieces, which was great to see.
