Helps with disease prevention!
Viral diseases, like Lymphocysts, can't be cured with medication. The immune response will cause the fish to recover. But you need a clean, healthy aquarium for this to happen. Clean the gravel bed once a month. That sludge is a breeding ground for other pathogens that stress fish. Clean gravel ultimately promotes fish health and recovery!.
