I have had literally 5 different colors of these birds, and all of them are gorgeous, that I can't deny. Currently I own 2, a yellow, and a black one, and both of their colors are true colors, unfaded. They're fairly easy to feed and clean up after, but need to be kept in cage. They're nervous birds, and aren't very handle friendly, if you let them out of the cage they're fly around everywhere; and they sing. Every morning. So if you're not into being woken up by your bird, do not get one of these. My birds have also all been very fragile. They get sick, especially of their feet, very easily, and can die very easily, especially from the cold, or if they get spooked.
