Peggy Sue

Peggy Sue was given to me by our local pet store because the other birds had pecked 1 leg & it had to be taken off.  I'm not sure if she is mean due to her handicap or if it is just that type of bird But I can tell you that I cant go into her cage or touch her without gloves!

I  have had 1 cockateil previously that had the same anger issues. My children were small then so we quickly found her another home.

Based upon my experience I could not recommend this breed to a family with young kids or the elderly. But I do encourage you to read other stories & do research before you base your descision upon my opinion.
