My Cockatiel Sang & Talked Up a Storm

Let me first start off by saying that I absolutely loved my bird Doo. We called him Doo because of the feathers on his head resembling an Elvis style hairdo. We used to also call him the dentist as he loved to stick his head in our mouths. Don't ask me why we learned that he liked to do that, but he did. He was very friendly and easy to handle. In fact, he loved to hang out on the shoulder of anyone willing to let him. He sang a lot and talked too. He learned how to say my Dad's name very quickly and would shout it in the morning when he was ready to have his cage uncovered. I never knew that birds could have such great personalities. This bird was awesome. I would consider getting one again should I have the time and space for one.
