I know it's a strange name for a birdie, but my Grandson was the one to name him. Pickles is my Lutino Cockatiel, and contrary to popular beleif, this little birdie is very hardy, not a scardy cat so to speak, one of the sweetest little birds I've ever know. Even though for the first year we had Pickles we called him a her and even though our AV said if it lays an egg it's a girl, if it sings or whistles it's a boy, LOL! We now know she's a he!
