Little blue Budgerigar was such a refreshing animal in my home. Picksy was my first pet ever, so I took care of him like it was my little treasure! His playfulness and bright blue colors made him attractive among the family and friends. Not only that he liked to fly around the house, but he mostly liked to be heard, singing all day and filling our days of joy! He would mostly stay out of the cage and his favorite spot was the mirror. He probably imagined that his own reflection was another bird, so he would stay there whole day and talk and sing! It was nice to see him playing with himself, because he was keen to have a company of another little birdy. Unfortunately, leaving him always free to fly around the house wasn't very practical since he would live some traces around of his previous meal, so we would have to be very careful where we step! Picksy made my days lovely and full of music, but he fell ill and couldn't resist the pain. These little birds are easy to maintain and they can even learn a few interesting tricks and words, which makes them perfect pet for kids. And of course, you could spend the days signing along with the bird that makes the worse day more brighter!
