My noisy budgerigar

I have to say that my bird really had an amazing look. He was very nice to look at, he was green, black and yellow and very energetic.
To begin with I really liked his company, it wasn't too complicated.
However after a while I got fed up.
Maybe i'm not the right owner for a bird like that, but how he constantly made noises and how I didn't seem to be able to train him to do anything was a frustration.
I didn't mind the noise at the beginning but when he'd start early in the mornings..
Also it seemed like his daily mission to get as much food on the floor as possible.
Those reasons were enough for me to give him away to a friend of mine.
However there were good things as well, like I mentioned at the beginning.
He did give the house a lot of life and energy as well as he was beautiful for the eye.
