Welp, this was my first pet ever, budgerigar named Oscar.
I found this type of bird relatively easy to get with. They may have for someone annoying type of sound, but i guess that if you want a bird.. you are familiar with this ;)
Anyways, they are easy to feed, easy to store and yes they may be a little bit noisy at times, but all birds do.
You can easily train them few stuff, not sure how well Oscar did with Czech words, cause i cant remember that detail. Although i really liked him, my dad once forgot to close the cage, and he flew away.

I would recommend buying a budgerigar for starters. It really isnt all that complex to take care of them ;))
