Entertaining friendly bird who doesn't like to be alone

My budgie Tony lived with a female budgie in our medium-sized cage.

This kind of bird is very uncomplicated. I definitely recommend to have at least two of them, they don't like being alone and even develop abnormal behavior when being too much alone.

Tony was friendly to every family member. He loved taking bathes when you gave him a bowl of water, he loved flying freely in the living room and he even loved sitting on our hands and being carefully caressed.

We tried to teach him to talk like a parrot but unfortunately we failed- BUT he often tried to imitate the singing of the canary bird we had, which was pretty funny and impressive.

Overall I can recommend this bird to anyone - But please buy at least two of them.
