We got Bluey at the same time we bought a green budgie called Greenie and Cocky the Cockatiel. To begin with they all lived in the came cage, but it was soon apparent that that wasn't working. That was how we got them, but we moved Cocky and kept the budgies together.

There isn't a lot I can really say about Bluey, he was a fat little man, who tried to keep as much of the food to himself and tried to keep Greeny away from it! He was quite funny whenever we did let him out of his cage because he would fly up as high as he could, but didn't like it when we tried to put him back! He didn't live very long and we aren't sure why but he got poorly and then died, it was quite sad really!

Our experiences with Budgies are not the same as our experiences with our Parrot, because the budgies we had never talked at all. I would still recommend them to people with children over 8 years old because I think with the right training they can be good like speakers and also be held more.
