My bird Little Guy

My Finch came from a friend who decided he didn't want the bird any longer. This Finch is very vocal and it is a beautiful song bird. But, it's not so beautiful when he decides to wake up in the middle of the night, or sing it's song during your favorite television program.
While birds are relaxing to watch, they are not my favorite animal to own. Their cage always seem to need cleaned. This can be a messy task. I have also discovered that birds do not let you know when they need food or water, and I sometimes find it unbelievable how much water one bird can go through. So a word of caution, if you decide to get a bird, be prepared check their water several times a day. One simple 'bird bath' can drain the water dry.
