Canaries are a brightly colored, social birds and easy to care for, they regularly live 10-15 years. Canaries are wonderful birds and bring light into our lives through their intelligence . I was pleasantly surprised to discover how intelligent and playful are these birds. To all these qualities are added that they are easy to take care. I have Coco from 2 years and his very funny when is jumping all day through his cage. His cage is in a quiet space and he likes to fly from side to side. Is easy to take care of him , what bothers me is the mess he makes around his cage. I don’t know how a bird so small throw grains at such a long distance. I feed my canary with seeds, fruits and vegetables and I change his water daily. Coco prefer to sleep in the dark and i cover the cage with a towel or blanket over night, to help it go to sleep. All canaries prefer to sleep in the dark. He is perfectly happy as a single bird and have very sweet personalities. Coco is adorable and sing beautiful in the morning.
