This is another of my grandmothers birds which I am not completely acquainted with, even though we live in the same house. Josephine is part of a pack of about 6 canaries, all from the same family. My grandma was delighted when 4 little birds hatched and we now have a 6 delightful bright yellow canaries. They are very beautiful birds and their melodies are full of liveliness and beautiful sounds. I don't see them often, but I have seen them grow up and they are a great addition to the family. Josephine is one of my favourites because of the way she will act when she is around people she doesn't exactly know. She will skip and hop about and loves receiving different kinds of food and delights. The chirping from the birds is really nice to hear in the mornings or while reading or just relaxing. They are easy to clean and won't try to escape when put into liberty. I recommend this breed to anyone who is looking for a very nice looking and lively bird who will brighten them up every morning.
