Living with Dagwood

Living with Dagwood for the past two years has been amazing! When I got him and Blondie neither one was hand tamed, nor did they know what a perch was for or what toys were.  It's been an amazing adventure bonding with both birds. Dagwood was very easy to train to step up, however Blondie is still working on that. Instead she'd rather use my head as a landing strip. Dagwood was the first to explore with the toys and Blondie followed shortly there after. Dagwood picked up whistling very quickly and it took Blondie a while but she did pick it up.  I love these parrots, their not to big and not to small, and the best part is they love being with their human flock.
