There are numerous combined multi-vitamin and multi-mineral supplements available. These products usually contain vitamins like: Vitamins A (3,000–15,000 IU), C (250–1,000 mg.), D (400–1,200 IU), E (50–150 IU), B1 (15–50 mg.), B2 (10–30 mg.), B6 (10–50 mg.), B12 (100–1,000 mcg.), Niacin (30–10 mg.), and Pantothenic Acid (50–100 mg.). The minerals usually included are: calcium (0–100 mg.), copper (2 mg.), iron (0 mg. or 8–20 mg.), magnesium (0–100 mg.), zinc (15–25 mg.) and other full spectrum and trace minerals. Most vitamins and minerals are provided through a normal, healthy balanced diet.
