Beautiful, but shy.

My green and black poison dart frogs are quite shy compared to my blue poison dart frogs. They are really neat looking, though. Very small. The green is metallic and bold. I have only had these frogs for a couple months, but they have been pretty shy. One of them will eat while I'm watching. The other three wait til I leave.

They LOVE the plants and branches in their tank. It makes if fun to watch them climb all over (when they're not being shy.)

Each frog's pattern is unique. It makes them easy to distinguish. Some are more spotty while others have more tribal tattoo styles going on. It's neat. I'd post more picture, but they run and hide when I try to get pictures.

I hope they slowly become less shy as they get more comfortable in their tank and mature (as they are still under 6 months old and quite small.)
