I have tried having pacman frogs over the years. It hasn't really worked out. They have all passed. To me they seem fragile and difficult to keep alive.
They are not very active, therefore they don't need much room. A 10 gallon tank would be fine. they do get large about the size of a dinner plate. They are ravenous eaters. they enjoy eating crickets. They should be kept alone as they may eat their cage mate! They do have a great look to them. I really wish I was able to figure out how to keep them healthy. They do need a tempof around 80 degrees, which can be acomplished by an heater under the tank. They also enjoy a good amount of substrateas they like to burry themselves into it. If you are looking for an interactive pet thisfrog doesn't do much!
