The Argentine Horned Frog is an awesome frog species to keep. They are amazing to look at and to surprise to most people, actually make really food pets and are especially easy to feed and look after. They do very well in a glass tank measuring 60cm x 30cm x 30cm filled with leave matter and potting soil. and a large shallow waterbowl on the colder side. They accept crickets and other insects as froglings and can be moved onto pickies and eventually do very well as adults on a diet of mice. I love keeping these and other Horned Frog Species along with the African Bullfrog species. They are simple. Beautiful to look at and have the most amazing feeding response out of any animal. feed them with some pastic tongs as metal tongs can hurt them. Highly recommended.
