Figaro was given to me by a classroom teacher at the end of a school year. He was an easygoing toad. At first, whenever I picked him up, he was nervous. However, after I handled him for about a month, he knew that he wasn't in jeopardy. He tolerated it, but he didn't really enjoy it. (He urinated each time I took him out of the tank.) But he knew that if I was walking towards him, food was coming. So, Figaro would always come out from under his wood whenever I was around. He enjoyed frozen flies, dried worms, and the occasional treat of live crickets. He was one of the simplest pets that I ever had in regards to upkeep. Once the tank was set up, there wasn't really much to it. Somehow, even though he was just a toad in a tank, he was always good company.
