The Amazonian Horned Frog is a really neat pet to have. They look similar to the Pac Man frog but they have horns that come off of their eyes and other areas of their bodies. These aren't really horns like you'd think of on a rhino, but they are large, pointy protrusions that stick up off their bodies.

They are very big eaters so be ready with a habitat that will allow ample room for them to grow. They don't need a lot of stuff to play in/on, as they do like to burrow in and ambush food like the Pac Man does. They will eat pretty much anything that moves and in the wild they will even attack and eat each other.

They are hard to find at times in local pet stores, however, you can usually find them online through breeders all over the place at a decent price. Make sure that you read up on what they need to keep them healthy and what they need to eat to be sure that they put on the right amount of weight as well.
