These frogs are really quite entertaining pets. I've had mine for about six months now and there has yet to be a time where they weren't being extremely active. The only downside is that they blend in with the aquarium rock and can be a little hard to spot on occasion. I would like to say that as far as their needs go, these little frogs make really easygoing pets. They really don't need much for their environment, mostly just plants for them to hide in. One major downside to owning them, however, is that they can jump out of the aquarium. Before I had the three that I currently have, I had one a few years back that jumped out of the aquarium and died. I would suggest buying an aquarium that doesn't have any wide holes in the top to prevent froggy escapes. Overall, they make really good pets to have. Especially if you have children, as they are quite fun to watch dart around the tank.
